5. PAYMENT & MULTI-CURRENCY TRANSACTIONS
We accept Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards in AED. Transactions will reflect the selected checkout currency and appear accordingly on your receipt. Online payments are processed via the Telr payment gateway and governed by their terms.
6. ACCURACY OF BILLING INFORMATION
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders per person, household, or account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
6.1 ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY & USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on the website.
Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies, available at https://dubakosher.com.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
6.2 PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Upon successful payment, a confirmation of your order and payment will be sent immediately via email and/or WhatsApp to the contact information provided during checkout.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 15 minutes, please contact us at office@dubacatering.com or +971-55-906-0717 to verify your transaction.
7. REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
Immediate orders cannot be canceled once placed. Future orders must be canceled within one hour to qualify for a refund, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
8. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our site for unlawful purposes or violate any UAE laws. This includes transmitting viruses or infringing on intellectual property rights.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USER SUBMISSIONS
By submitting content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it. We are not obligated to maintain content in confidence or provide compensation.
