Refund policy
At DUBA KOSHER KITCHEN CO. L.L.C ("Duba", "we", "our"), customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our business — delivering freshly prepared kosher meals — we are unable to accept returns once the food has been delivered. However, we do allow cancellations and refunds under certain conditions.
1. Cancellation Policy
Same-day orders: Cannot be canceled or refunded after the order is placed, as preparation begins immediately.
Scheduled orders (for future delivery): May be canceled within 24 hour of placing the order to qualify for a full refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund or replacement may be issued only in the following cases:
The order delivered is incorrect
The food is damaged or not suitable for consumption due to our handling
The order was not delivered as confirmed
Customers must report the issue within 2 hours of receiving the order, along with photos and order number, by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment
Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error
